ORDER

These criminal original petitions have been filed praying to quash the Private Complaint in CC.No.1222/2022 on the file of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court at Magistrate Level, Coimbatore.

It is brought to notice of this Court that trial has already been commenced in the above proceedings and the matter has been posted for arguments before the trial court. Therefore, at this stage, these criminal

original petitions cannot be entertained.

Therefore, both the criminal original petitions are dismissed. However, the trial court is directed to complete the trial in CC.No.1222/2022 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
