The accused was produced from jail and expressed his intention to contest the case. It is seen that there are 10 previous cases against him. The complainant submits that his bike has not yet been returned. If the bike bearing Registration No. TN 23 AS 2676 is produced before the Court, the same shall be returned to the complainant upon filing of a formal application.
