This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur to take up the final report filed in Crime No. 294 of 2007 and complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have filed the final report in Crime No.294 of 2007 and the same may be taken cognisance by the trial Court.
