The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider the representation dated 26.04.2017 made by the Petitioner regarding alteration of his date of birth in his service records as 25.05.1961 instead of 25.05.1959 and allow the Petitioner to continue in service after 31.05.2017 till he retires on attaining the age of superannuation. 2.
