Hence, the applicant has filed this application for effecting the substituted service of notice on the respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, Court is inclined to allow this application.

3. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to effect paper publication in "Mangalam", a Malayalam Newspaper by 15.11.2023. This application is, thus, allowed.

4. List the Arbitration Application No.490 of 2023 on 30.11.2023.
