(Order of the Court was made by P.N. PRAKASH, J.) This writ petition has been preferred seeking a writ of declaration declaring that the proceedings in O.A. No.247 of 2015 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal - II Chennai are illegal, non est, void and a nullity apparent on the fact of it for the approximate 30 adjournments granted illegally in a biased manner against the principles of natural justice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that O.A. No.247 of 2015 preferred by Indian Bank has been allowed on 22.05.2017 by the Debts Recovery Tribunal - II, Chennai.

In such perspective of the matter, nothings survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Costs made easy. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
