This application has been filed to permit the applicant to withdraw the amount of Rs.11,73,600/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Seventy Three Thousand and Six Hundred Only) deposited by the respondent to the credit of O.A.No.232 of 2024 together with the interest.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Ms.Shubharanjani Ananth, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that they are no longer representing the respondent and requested this Court to delete the name of learned counsel.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and carefully perused the materials on record and also the earlier order passed by this Court in Arb. A.No.451 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

4. On a careful reading of the earlier order passed by this Court on 23.10.2024, it is seen that liberty was granted to the applicant, who is the lessor to take out an appropriate application for withdrawal of the amount. Hence, the present Application has been filed before this Court.
