O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with Crime No.Not known of 2022 pending on the file of first Respondent Police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No..257/2022 and the same was closed by the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner does not require for any enquiry since no case is pending as against him.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is

closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
