This petition is filed by the petitioner /appellant to condone the delay of 203 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 24.08.2021 made in W.P. No. 30089 of 2017.

2.Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has stated no objection for ordering this petition.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and also considering the no objection stated on the side of the respondents, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
