This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 17 of 2021 dated 03.11.2021 and file a final report within the time frame.

The petitioner herein, who paid the money to secure the job, had given a complaint alleging that he was cheated. 3.

Reading of the complaint clearly shows that the complainant himself is a person who committed the crime to secure the job in the Government by bribing. Therefore, the police is directed to investigate the matter both the role of the complainant as well as the accused and file final report within a period of four months.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
