The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.30 of 2020 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) IPC.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that, he has been falsely implicated as an accused in this case. Apprehending arrest from the respondent police, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that the property at 61/2, Vangai vasal village, Chengai District had been originally allotted to the father of the defacto complainant, one T.S.Arumugam in the year 1950 recognizing him as a freedom fighter. It is stated that subsequently, the title had flowed over to the defacto complainant. When that being the case, separate documents had been created, and by impersonating the freedom fighter T.S.Arumugam, a general power of attorney had been created and registering it with forged documents and thereafter, executing a sale deed in the name of the petitioner herein.

4.The entire aspects will have to be deeply investigated and all the documents 1/3

have to be examined. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 06.11.2023 gd C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.
