The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from constructing the stairs to the proposed foot over bridge between KM 28 + 000 to KM 50 + 300 of National Highway No.45 Tambaram and Chengalpattu in front of the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.41/4A.29/ 12A2B of Thailvaram Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Chengalpattu District. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation dated 14.09.2024 to the respondents seeking to halt the proposed foot over bridge construction between KM 28 + 000 and 50 + 300 from Tambaram and Chengalpattu on NH45 at Thailavaram 2/4
Village and since there was no response, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issue direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2024 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited request now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.09.2024 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
