This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para (5)(b) imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 31.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19968 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
