This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.642 of 2012 from CCB to CBCID.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents states that the investigation in this case been completed and out of 12 suspected accused, final report against 9 were filed and as against three named accused in the F.I.R found that they have purchased portion of the disputed property from co-owner and the misappropriation and other offence is made out only against A1 to A9. The statement of the Investigating Officer reasoning out why no case is made out against three of the accused, is also available on file.

3. Since, final report been filed, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to transfer of Investigation. The petitioner herein shall work out his remedy after receiving the copy of the final report from the Court 2/4

concerned.

4. With this above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
