The complaint is theft of two wheeler parked in front of the hotel against unknown persons alleged by the petitioner herein on 20.11.2022 is still under investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is filed to 1/4

direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1216 of 2021, dated 22.11.2021 and file final report. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the case is still under investigation, once the culprit is apprehended final report will be filed. If the accused not traceable within the period prescribed for taking cognizance, same will be reported to the Court concerned.
