It is submitted that the subject matter between the parties have been settled in terms of compromise Petition filed in Crl.R.C.No.1075 of 2018. A copy of the Memo filed in the Mediation Centre by the Petitioner also submitted before this Court wherein it is specifically agreed that the Miscellaneous Case No.7 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vellore, stands closed.

2. In such a view of the same, as the matter has already been settled and the compromise arising out of the interim order passed by the Court, no further order is required. Accordingly the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
