This application has been filed to issue prohibitory Order prohibiting the respondents 2 to 16/garnishees from making any payment to the 1st respondent under the respective invoices to an extent of Rs.32,66,59,843/-, pending disposal of the above suit.

2. As per directions of this Court, the garnishee has already been directed to deposit the amount to the credit of the suit.

3. With the consent of Mrs.Chitra Sampath, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, Mr.M.S.Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.V.Viswanathan, Standing Counsel for the garnishee, this application is closed.
