This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated on 13.09.2019 in view of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Gummidipoondi, in Crl.M.P.No.705 of 2019 dated on 01.10.2019.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been registered in FIR.No.32 of 2019 dated 06.11.2019.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
