This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 403 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order in S.C.No.42/2023, Dated 26/07/2023 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore at Virudhachalam.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent has no serious objections to condone the delay.
