This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24370 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pudhucherry) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of 10 days and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
