A.Nos.5231, 5232 and 5233 of 2022 in C.S.No.80 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.

These three applications have been filed relating to O.S.No.5439 of 2012 on the file of the IV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. O.S.No.5439 of 2012 is posted for Judgment tomorrow i.e., 23.11.2022.

3. It may not be appropriate on the part of this Court to examine the merits of the case. It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General that there are some further points to be raised.

4. Permission is granted to both the plaintiffs' counsel and the defendants' counsel to advance further arguments today itself.

5. In view of that particular order passed in O.S.No.5439 of 2012, these three applications do not survive further and therefore, dismissed.

6. The learned IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, may take appropriate decision.
