C.M.A.No.3064 of 2017 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J., When the matter was argued on 15.04.2021, the learned counsel for the appellants stated that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, has awarded a sum of Rs.45,000/- for the Doctor who died in the motor accident and he assured to circulated the said judgment. However, the learned counsel has not circulated the said judgment.

Therefore, the matter was listed "for clarification" for the couple of occasion and even today.

2.Today, i.e (on 16.07.2021), the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he could not trace out the said judgment. Hence, no further clarification is required.
