ORDER

Today, when the matter was listed under the caption for reporting

compliance of the memo of undertaking affidavit filed by the parties as per the Order of this Court dated 01.07.2025, a memo dated 19.01.2026 has been filed stating that the settlement, as agreed between the parties, has been completed. The said memo is recorded.

2. In view of the above, the Registry is directed : i. to return the original copy of partition deed document No.1849 of 1995 dated 27.04.1995 registered in the SRO of Tambaram being deposited before this Court by the respondent.

ii. to raise the attachment over the property situate at Kancheepuram District now Chengalpet District, Vengaivasal Village, Tambaram Taluk comprised in S.No.26/3 measuring an extent of 73 cents within the registration District of South Chennai and Sub Registration District of Selaiyur and the same may be communicated to the SRO of Selaiyur. iii. to direct the learned XVII Additional City Civil Court at Chennai to return the original partition deed document No.1849 of 1995 dated 27.04.1995 registered in the SRO of Tambaram, marked as Exhibit A10 to the Respondent/defendant.
