ORDER

This wit petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2022 and 23.10.2025.

2.The aforesaid representations were given seeking for rectification of the FMB sketch pertaining to the property morefully described in the affidavit filed __________Page 1 of 4

in support of this writ petition, which the petitioner claims that he is the owner. Since the representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, the representation of the petitioner has already been forwarded by the second respondent to the third respondent on 16.08.2022. However, till date, no final order has been passed by the third respondent. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation as stated supra within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2022 and 23.10.2025 seeking for rectification of the FMB sketch pertaining to the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, which the petitioner claims __________Page 2 of 4

that he is the owner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
