COMMON ORDER The petitioner has filed these petitions to direct the IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to conclude the proceedings and pass appropriate orders in I.A.Nos. 1 & 2 of 2022 in O.S.No.784 of 2022 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the applications before the trial Court for attachment of the property belongs to the respondent.

3. Records perused. In I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2022, the learned trial Judge ordered notice to the respondent to furnish security for the suit claim on or before 02.02.2023. Thereafter on various dates, the cases were adjourned. If security not furnish the learned trial judge engage to pass appropriate order. As per the E-Court status, the suit is pending from the year 2022 for exparty evidence and thereafter no progress in the trial. 2/4

4. Hence, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case on merits, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
