This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter dated 06.08.2024 bearing reference LR.No.BS/4943/2024 and further directing the 1st respondent not to grant any planning permission to the 2nd and 3rd respondents, their agents or representatives, in respect of the immovable property situated at No.14/12, Parthasarathy Gardens, Alwarpet, Chennai - 600 018, which would be in violation of the conditions specified in L.A.No.47 of 1968.

2. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the planning permission was granted by the first respondent on 2/5

13.09.2024, whereas the writ petition has been filed on 03.10.2024 after the issuance of the planning permission. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the submission coupled with the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
