This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.17241 of 2024 order dated 01.08.2024 for a further period of four weeks.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and also the reasons stated in the affidavit the due to ill health of his sister he could not comply with the conditions within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
