This writ petition has been filed seeking for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2025, wherein and whereby she sought for return of all the original certificates which were produced at the time of joining in the Post Graduate Higher Speciality Qualification of Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch - Urology) Course in August 2015 at Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai.

Counsel, accepts notice for R3. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
