PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 and direct the respondents to return all the original certificates of the petitioner, which were produced by the petitioner to the respondents at the time of his joining in Super Speciality Course of Doctor of Chirurgiae (M.Ch) in Urology at Madras Medical College affiliated to Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai in August 2016 and pass orders within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 and direct the respondents to return all the original certificates of the petitioner, which were produced by the petitioner to the 2/4

respondents at the time of his joining in Super Speciality Course of Doctor of Chirurgiae (M.Ch) in Urology at Madras Medical College affiliated to Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai in August 2016. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
