This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take disciplinary action against the 3rd respondent by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 10.09.2024.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.In the considered view of this Court, there is a personal dispute between the petitioner and his wife. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has misused the office in her capacity as Protection Officer. Therefore, the petitioner wants action to be taken against the 3rd respondent. Such personal disputes cannot be dealt with in service jurisprudence. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
