Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 12.02.2019 as per the provisions of the Patta Pass Book Act and issue a patta in favour of the Petitioner for the vacant Plot No. 495A admeasuring 2400 square feet situated in Survey No. 626/5 at Kovilpathagai Village, Thiruvallur District based on the registered sale deed No. 8412/2006 dated 14.07.2006.
