ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the investigation pertaining to the petitioner's complaint registered in C.S.R.No.2719 of 2022, dated 13.10.2022, from fourth respondent to 5th respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already submitted the representation dated 04.11.2022 before the respondents to transfer the investigation from the fourth respondent to the fifth respondent.

3. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that direction may be issued for the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
