This case was registered in the year 2020 for the offences under Sections 279 and 337 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. It is seen that the whereabouts of both the victim as well as the accused are not known and they have changed their address and moved away. The matter is pending and no useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

Judicial Magistrate No. 2, Bhavani Taluk, Erode shall stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of.
