This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.4 upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15960 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21598 of 2022 dated 08.11.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
