Mr.V.Haribabu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus directing the respondent to consider and issue order of refund voucher as requested by the petitioners' representation dated 12.02.2015, followed by reminders dated 06.04.2017 and 03.07.2019.

3. It is seen that through the said representations, the petitioner seeks for refund.

4. This Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Since this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition is filed with limited prayer for disposing the said representations, this Writ Petition is disposed of only by directing the respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
