Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the letter of the second respondent in Letter No.140M/F.903/2006/D5/Dated 31.07.2006 dispatched on 17.08.2006 and received by the petitioner on 18.08.2006 and the tender notice of the second respondent in 02 PBC/T.V.Malai /2006-07 /F3100/D2/Dated 07.08.2006 published in English Daily namely the Financial Express dated 10.08.2006 and to quash the same in so far as relates to the work mentioned in Item No: 17 to 24 is concerned and consequently to direct the second respondent to proceed as per the notification of the tender notification in No:11/PBC/T.V.Malai/2005-06/D2/F3100/Dated 02.01.2006 in accordance with law.
