This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash C.C.No.109 of 2017, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners seek indulgence of this Court to withdraw the instant Criminal Original Petition and further seek liberty to canvass all his defence before the trial Court. Endorsement has also been made to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
