O R D E R

This petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to supply the copy of the report of the Vishaka committee constituted for enquiring the complaint given by Dr.G.Vijayalaksmi to the petitioner.

2. Heard both sides and perused the documents placed on record.

3.When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Enquiry Report of the Internal Complaints Committee (Vishaka Committee), Government Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai dated 21.06.2024 was served on the petitioner yesterday, i.e, 18.12.2024 at 7.53p.m., and the same has been fairly accepted by the petitioner. Hence the learned Additional Government Pleader pleaded to close the writ petition, as nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the above, Writ Petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication. No costs.
