PRAYER in W.P.No.30262 of 2024: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to Tender Notice No.24/2024-2025/HDO dated 12.09.2024 of the first respondent in respect of the work in Sl.No.1, work of widening from single lane to intermediate lane and strengthening at km 0/0-3/0 of OnambakkamVenmani Road including reconstruction of box culvert at km 0/4 and 2/6, without issuing the site inspection Certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

Mathuranthagam (H) Sub Division Jurisdiction (CHN 021) without issuing the Site Inspection Certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

2. The Writ Petition in W.P.No.30262 of 2024 has been filed to Tender Notice No.24/2024-2025/HDO dated 12.09.2024 in respect of the work in Sl.No.1, work of widening from single lane to intermediate lane and strengthening at km 0/0-3/0 of Onambakkam-Venmani Road including reconstruction of box culvert at km 0/4 and 2/6, without issuing the Site Inspection Certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

3. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 12.10.2024, Work Inspection Certificate was issued in favour of the petitioner, therefore, no further orders are required in these petitions.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
