This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to discharge the next friend Mr.Ramkumar and permit the petitioner to pursue the writ petition in W.P.No.34704 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, who vehemently objected in allowing this miscellaneous petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed, accordingly.
