This petition has been filed to modify the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the II Additional Special Judge, NDPS Act cases, Chennai everyday at 10.30 am until further orders and shall report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 5.30 pm until further orders in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19836 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner herein is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month until further orders.
