The respondents have been duly served in these applications. This Court by its order dated 18.10.2023 granted an order of interim injunction in these applications. Since the respondents have been duly served and their names have also been printed in the cause list today and they have also chosen not to enter appearance in these applications, they are set ex-parte by this Court. The interim injunction granted by this Court on 18.10.2023 in these applications is therefore made absolute and these applications are allowed as prayed for.
