This Court vide order dated 26.10.2022 has directed the II Additional District and Sessions Judge at Thiruvallur @ Poonamallee to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.60 of 2015, within a period of six weeks and dismissed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. This being so, after a lapse of one year, the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Poonamallee has written a letter to the Registrar General, High Court vide Dis.No.982/2023, dated 20.10.2023, seeking extension of time for a period of nine months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 26.10.2022, which is not appreciated by this Court, however, considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is inclined to grant nine months extension to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.60 of 2015 as directed by this Court order dated 26.10.2022.

3. Registry is directed to send a copy of the order to the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur along with the copy marked to the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Poonamallee. 20.11.2023 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
