PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Act, Vellore to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail petition on the very same day in Crime No.266 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the parties have settled their dispute and filed this petition to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Act, Vellore and to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider the bail petition on the same day. Since the offence attracts the provisions of SC/ST Act, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court below and workout the remedy in accordance with law.
