ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.02.2024, in view of the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/4670/2023, dated 07.02.2024.

2. Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, dated 06.11.2024 passed in this Writ Petition, Dr.Deepak Siwach, Superintendent of Police, Villupuram is present before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that they have summoned the de-facto complainant as well as the opposite party and on enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature and accordingly, the complaint was closed. The procedure adopted by the second respondent is unknown to law and therefore, the second respondent herein is now directed to conduct fresh enquiry, after giving notice to both parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and after passing the order, the 2 / 4

same has to be duly communicated to the parties and the above exercise shall be completed within 40 days from today. After passing of the order, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, the petitioner shall work out her remedy in the manner known to law, if she is not satisfied with the order that would be passed.

4. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 11.11.2024 cs To
