ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st to 3rd respondent to close the petrol bunk under the name and style of Jayaram and Co situated at Veerapandi, Gopichettipalayam Town, Erode Sakthi Main Road, Old Ward No.A, Block No.14, TS No.28 and TS No.29, Old Door No.138, New No.276 measuring an extent of 14391 sq.ft. 33 cent running by the respondent 5 illegally on the basis of the written representation made by the petitioners dated 26.02.2024.

2. When the case was called for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the Civil Court in the manner known to law.

3. Recording such submissions, this writ petition stands withdrawn as dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
