Nos. 126/9, 126/10, 126/12, 126/13. 127/1, 127/2 situated at Nangavalli village, mettur Division, Salem District based on the petitioners representation dated 30.1.2025 within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the letter of the first respondent dated 13.10.2025 stating that as per the judgement and decree passed in O.S.No.250 of 1999, the sale deed has been executed in respect of the subject property in favour of the petitioner without mentioning the boundaries and the petitioner has not taken possession of the subject property in pursuance of the same. Therefore, if the petitioner takes possession of the subject property after fixing the boundaries, survey would be carried out and separate pattta would be issued by the concerned respondents.

2. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition, which has already been disposed by order dated 08.09.2025 passed by the Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. 13-10-2025 kv
