This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23832 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
