ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.10 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.10 of 2025 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 75 and 351(2) of BNS. After investigation, final report has been filed before the Special Officer, Special Court for ST/ST Act, Thiruvannamalai and the same has been numbered as Spl.S.C.No.55 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 75(1)(ii), 75(2), 79, 351(3) of BNS and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and 3(i)(r), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act.
