These applications have been filed by the applicant for extending the period for completing the arbitration proceedings for passing an Award by the learned Arbitrator.

2. Mr.M.Umapathi, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondents and submits that the respondents have no objection for allowing these applications.

3. The learned counsel further submits that these applications may be allowed without reference to the averments contained in the affidavits filed in support of these applications.
